Damaged or defective shipments

Please call Customer Service immediately at (888) 302-2519 in the event you have received defective, damaged, or incorrect titles. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to make a claim on damaged items.


Return policy

Returns received within 30 days of purchase: You are eligible for a full refund for returns of new, unused purchases made directly from Wayside Publishing.

Returns received after 30 days of purchase: You are eligible for store credit minus a 10% restocking fee for returns of new, unused purchases made directly from Wayside Publishing. 

When making a return, you are responsible for all shipping costs incurred. You do not need an authorization number to make a return. Refunds and store credit may take up to 30 days to process after receipt at our warehouse.

We suggest using a carrier that includes shipment tracking. Wayside Publishing is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.

Refunds or credit will not be issued for items returned in used condition. DVDs must be unopened. Online access codes must be new and unactivated. FlexText add-ons are activated immediately and therefore not eligible for return. Out-of-print titles, editions, and resources are not eligible for return.

Refunds or credit will not be issued for items not purchased directly from Wayside Publishing. If you did not purchase your items directly from Wayside Publishing, please contact your vendor for return information.

Returns policy

We accept returns of new, unused purchases made directly from Wayside Publishing for store credit only.

Returns of print titles and other physical products will be accepted for 180 days (6 months) after invoice from K-12 schools. Returns of digital products will be accepted for 30 days after invoice.

Credit will not be issued for items returned in used condition. DVDs must be unopened. Online access codes must be new and unactivated. FlexText add-ons are activated immediately and therefore not eligible for return. Titles, editions, and resources that have been declared Out-of-Print for 90 days or more are not eligible for return.

A 10% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns. Store credit may take up to 30 days to process after receipt at our warehouse. 

When making a return, the shipper is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. An authorization number is not needed to make a return.
