Utilizing content-rich authentic resources, AVENTURAS CONECTADAS is an exploration of places, peoples and events that connect the classroom to Spanish speaking communities. Students interact with vocabulary, audios and videos, works of art, literature and journalism; then they self-test their comprehension with multiple versions of quizzes called Practijuegos. Throughout the adventure, the exploradores are challenged to consider cultural perspectives as they learn about the product or practice reflected in the resource. An Essential Question guides each step of the journey.
