The Adoptions Manager plays a key role and is critical to the future success of Wayside Publishing. This role will guide us through state adoptions, as well as district-focused RFPs and other data related to educational program adoptions. As the Adoptions Manager, you will manage an existing Adoptions Coordinator and create and design new processes and workflows focused on efficiencies.

We are seeking one Customer Service/Digital Support Representative for immediate hire. This role can be based in our office in Freeport, Maine, or be remote in California, Texas, Maryland, Minnesota, or Vermont. The Customer Service/Digital Support Representative will report to the Operations Team Lead and will support the Product Development and Delivery team by providing support for new and existing customers daily.

As the Marketing Coordinator you will work closely with each member of our marketing team, but with significant time and energy dedicated to conferences, data retrieval and compilation, team organization tasks, and overflow tasks. This role will wear many hats and must be comfortable taking direction from the team. This position must reside within commuting distance to Freeport, ME. You will be expected to prepare conference shipments from our Freeport office.
Wayside Publishing is looking for an Instructional Support Coordinator to help support the Instructional Development team with day-to-day activities. Some of these activities include, but are not limited to, organizing travel, professional development session planning, organizing, and maintaining a timeline for projects/workflow, and organizing and tracking year-over-year data. This role is an integral part of the team and key to the department's continued growth and will work closely with the Manager and all members of the team. We are looking for someone with solid aptitude, a positive attitude, and at least 2 years of experience.
